Enjoy a 3 hour hike along the beautiful ridges of the Delaware Water Gap. The views from atop the ridge are spectacular and when we reach the highest point we’ll be 1,200 ft. above the river with stunning views of the valley below. You will be able to see 360 degrees into both NJ and PA. The beginning of the hike includes a steady incline and areas with "stair steps" cut into the rock. Once we reach the summit, we will take a break to admire the beauty of the valley and winding Delaware river below. Often times we'll see hawks soar by along the thermals created by the ridge! This hike is rated as a level II+ hike, is a fantastic work out, includes moderate cardio, and will definitely work you into a sweat! During the summer months we also kayak this river, so being above and looking down is definitely a great perspective if you're considering the kayaking trips!

Then we'll head to lunch and an optional beer tasting! The brewery and pub is nestled at the foot of the mountains in a beautiful scenic valley in a breathtakingly restored 200-year-old barn. Their award winning brewer and outstanding culinary team have developed a wide variety of unique beers and culinary creations to appeal to the diverse tastes of the most discerning beer drinkers. Like the 200-year-old barn that houses their restaurant, each beer is a unique blend of art, science and devoted labor....and a testament to craftsmanship ensuring that this will be one of your best beer tasting experiences! After the tasting you’ll dine in the pub by a warm and cozy stone fireplace where you can choose from their extensive menu including: Seafood Dishes, Burgers, Ribs, Chicken, Mexican Dishes, Salads, Soups, Sandwiches and other vegetarian dishes. If you don’t drink beer they also serve wines, whiskies, ports, cognacs and cordials.
