This retreat occurs for a few days each summer.

Essential Information
Beaver Meadow Lodge, the retreat site, is a private dwelling, open by appointment only. It is also the base of operations for New York Outdoor Adventures and Beaver Meadow Guide Service. The lodge is eccentric, and the half-mile private road to it is sometimes not accessible by conventional vehicles, depending upon weather conditions and beaver activity.

What to Wear
Casual, comfortable clothing is the order of the day. Wear layers for changeable mountain weather, and bring your favorite insect repellent.
